The LQ-P2 Furniture Surface Impact Test Machine is a specialized device developed in accordance with the ISO 4211-4 standard "Furniture-Tests for surfaces-Part 4: Assessment of resistance to impact". It evaluates the impact resistance of furniture surfaces by measuring the marks left by steel balls after impact tests with falling hammers at various heights. This instrument is essential for furniture manufacturers and quality inspection departments, and also indispensable for research institutions conducting studies on new materials.

The device adopts a vertical structural design, with the hammer body elevation precisely controlled by an electric lead screw to regulate the drop hammer height. The lower end of the hammer body has a diameter of 39mm, and the steel ball diameter is 14mm. The maximum lifting height is 400mm, and the impact height can be arbitrarily set according to standard requirements. The hammer body is automatically released by an electromagnet.

1. In an environment with room temperature of 10-35°C and humidity not exceeding 75%;

2. Install horizontally on a stable base.

3. No corrosive media in the vicinity;
