1. Brief description

The high-temperature test electric furnace adopts a cylindrical split structure and three-stage control, consisting of a test electric furnace, temperature controller, high-temperature pull rod, high-temperature collet, hanging bracket, and rotary arm bracket. The temperature controller adopts PID fuzzy control, resulting in small temperature overshoot and high control accuracy. It is a high-performance material testing equipment for universities, research institutions, and material research units in factories and mines.

It can be used in combination with any host machine according to the requirements of the usage environment. It can complete high-temperature tensile tests on various metals and non-metals, and can meet the usage requirements of various special industries (such as plastics, rubber, etc.). When conducting room temperature tests, simply remove the high-temperature furnace, and it can fully meet the requirements of GB/T4338-2006, HB5195-1996 for round bar specimens, rectangular specimens, tubes, etc. for strength testing under special environmental temperatures.

1. The high-temperature furnace adopts a cylindrical split structure and is heated by resistance wires. The temperature control accuracy is achieved by controlling the percentage of heating time.
