NDT-2000 I Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine one Main purposes and application scope:

The NDT-2000I type drop instrumented hammer impact testing machine is mainly used as a testing equipment for conducting drop hammer impact tests on materials. The maximum impact energy can be adjusted between 300J and 2000J. The methods are as follows: (1) Changing the lifting height of the hammer; (2) Adding or reducing the counterweight to adjust the impact energy.

III. Working Conditions:

To ensure that the NDT-2000I drop weight impact testing machine you purchased can operate normally for a long period of time, please operate it under the following conditions: 1. In an environment with a temperature ranging from 10 to 35℃ and a humidity not exceeding 75%;

2. Installed horizontally as per the supplier's requirements;

3. Without any corrosive medium around;

4. In an environment without obvious electromagnetic field interference;

5. The power supply voltage fluctuation range should not exceed the rated value by ±10%;

6. Equipped with an air source or air compressor device (air compressor motor power: ≤ 0.5KW);

7. To facilitate the test operation and maintenance, there should be a certain amount of space around the testing machine (not less than 1.5m).
