ZPS-50Rotating bending fatigue test device
I. Introduction: The ZPS-50 rotary bending fatigue testing device is a testing apparatus that utilizes the cantilever beam structure principle to assess the bending fatigue performance of various material samples. One end of the material is fixed and subjected to a high-speed rotational force, while a bending force is consistently applied to the other end. This results in alternating bending stress at the root of the fixed end of the material, causing fatigue cracks to initiate and propagate along the root. When the stress reaches the fatigue limit, the material undergoes fatigue fracture failure. The device utilizes a digital display unit to record parameters such as rotational speed, bending force, and bending moment during the rotational bending process of the specimen. When connected to a computer, it can display the material's bending fatigue life curve. II. Test parameters: 1. Maximum bending moment: 50 Nm 2. Bending moment accuracy: 0.1 Nm 3.
