WES-20A manual universal material testing device
I. Introduction: The WES-20A manual universal material testing device is a testing apparatus that utilizes a manual hydraulic pump to apply tensile, compressive, and bending test forces to different material samples, thereby testing their mechanical properties. The device adopts a lower-mounted cylinder structure mode. The cylinder base and the fixed crossbeam form a rigid support frame. The loading cylinder is installed on the cylinder base, and the piston is connected to the lower moving crossbeam. The lower moving crossbeam passes through the fixed crossbeam via two columns and forms a rigid frame with the upper moving crossbeam. The lower clamp is fixedly connected to the middle of the fixed crossbeam, and the upper clamp is connected to the upper moving crossbeam via a tension rod. The stretching space is located above the equipment, and M8 standard threaded clamps are used for stretching. The compression and bending space is located between the fixed crossbeam and the lower moving crossbeam. Auxiliary bending and shearing tools are equipped for bending and shearing tests of samples. This device can utilize a digital display unit to record parameters such as tensile, compressive, or bending test forces and displacements during the testing process of specimens. When connected to a computer, it can display the force-displacement curve during the tensile, compressive, or bending process of materials. It is primarily suitable for teaching experiments and research on the compression, compression, and bending properties of different materials in colleges, universities, and research institutions. II.
