NZS-30 manual digital display torsion testing device I. Introduction: NZS-30 is a device that utilizes a manually rotated handwheel to drive a reduction mechanism, enabling torsion tests on torsion specimens. It is primarily suitable for teaching demonstrations and research on the torsion characteristics of various materials in colleges, universities, and research institutions. The device adopts a desktop layout structure: it consists of a rigid loading frame made of aluminum alloy profiles. The deceleration loading mechanism, load sensor, angle sensor, and fixed-end lever mechanism are cleverly arranged on the loading frame. During testing, one end of the hexagonal specimen is inserted into the fixed-end collet, and the loading-end collet is connected to the axial sliding rod. The sliding rod is connected to the inner hole of the reducer through a key bar to transmit torque and can move left and right along the inner hole. The testing space is equipped with a proportional protective cover to ensure testing safety. The device utilizes a digital display unit to directly show parameters such as torsion angle and torque. When connected to a computer, it can display torque characteristic curves. II. Test parameters: 1. Maximum torque: 30 Nm 2. Torque accuracy: 0.1 Nm 2. Reduction ratio: 1:60 3. Maximum length of test sample: 100-220mm (within the protective cover), 220-750mm (without protective cover) 4. Wrench socket parameter: 3/8 inch 5. Torsion angle: 0-∞ 6. Torsion angle accuracy: 0.1° 7. Overall dimensions: 1100×400×300mm 8. Machine weight: 22.6Kg 9. Standard test samples: Φ6×100mm (5 pieces each of aluminum alloy and 45 steel)
