II. Product Functions and Features:

The WDW-300E machine is a new generation of microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine. It is primarily used for testing various mechanical performance indicators such as tensile, compressive, bending, shear, peel, and tear tests of various metals, non-metals, and composite materials. The system adopts microcomputer closed-loop control, featuring a wide and accurate loading speed and force measurement range, with high precision and sensitivity for load and displacement measurement and control. This equipment is suitable for use in manufacturing industries such as metals, adhesives, pipes, profiles, aerospace, petrochemicals, waterproofing membranes, wire and cable, textiles, fibers, rubber, ceramics, food, pharmaceutical packaging, geotextiles, films, wood, paper, as well as product quality supervision departments at all levels. It is also suitable for teaching demonstrations in colleges and universities.

The mainframe of the testing machine is designed to be aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and stable and reliable in performance, featuring no pollution, low noise, and high efficiency. The auxiliary equipment is designed to match the mainframe, with a hydraulic translation structure, wireless hand control box for clamping and releasing, ensuring that the test sample is not subjected to additional forces. The clamping is convenient, reliable, and does not slip.

The mainframe is composed of a rigid floor-standing frame structure, which is formed by connecting the upper crossbeam, the moving crossbeam, and the worktable through columns and ball screws. A Panasonic AC servo motor and an AC servo speed control system are installed beneath the worktable. The AC servo motor drives the rotation of the double ball screws through a synchronous toothed belt reduction mechanism, thereby driving the moving crossbeam to move up and down to achieve sample loading and testing.

The measurement, computation, and automatic control system is composed of high-precision sensors, high-precision electronic extensometers, servo motors, dedicated independent controllers, specialized measurement and control software, and mainstream Lenovo microcomputers.
